The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, with excellent service from the moment we arrived until we left. The airport shuttle was a great touch, making for a hassle-free transfer. The location was key, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby mall for shopping and dining. The room was spacious enough, clean, and had a comfortable bed, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with limited options and nothing too extraordinary. Unfortunately, the bathroom shower was a little tricky to use, though not a major issue.

We loved the hotel facilities and the cleanliness of the room. The wide and comfortable bed provided us a perfect sleep quality. the hotel staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We couldn't miss the chance to mention the delicious breakfast!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. the location was perfect, being right in the center of the city. It was conveniently close to the metro station and train station, making it easy for us to explore the area. We also appreciated the fact that there were several local restaurants and money exchange shops nearby, making it convenient for us to dine out and handle any currency conversions we needed.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.

Had a wonderful Xmas staying at this hotel! the rooms were spacious and well-lit, with comfortable beds and powerful showers. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. the breakfast provided was tasty and fulfilling, with good options to choose from. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the metro station and shopping mall. the rooftop view was amazing and perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The limited outlets in the rooms, inconveniently placed. the route to the metro station could be a bit deserted and shady at night, so taking a cab was a better option.
